W&LE EMD SD40-2 #7007 Photos

The W&LE renumbered WE 6349:2 as WE 7007 in March 2018 after equipping it with
Positive Train Control (PTC) equipment.

NOTE: The first WE 6349 (with SD40 carbody) was renumbered to WE 6982 in March 2015.

 The second WE 6349, former CEFX 3188 was acquired by W&LE in April 2015.
It was renumbered and lettered to WE 6349 and put into service in April 2015.

When it arrived at Brewster in April 2015, it was still lettered as CEFX 3188
