Paint and install the windshield wipers on the four windows.  Also in this step, we do what I refer to as "pre-weathering". It is a lot easier for me to mask and spray the grills on my models before I add the handrails and stanchions so I now mask the grills I want weathered and then spray them. I like the brown tint that Rail Brown provides so I used that color on my model. The choice of weathering is left up to you so have at it.
